Parenthesis is the journal of the Fine Press Book Association, published twice per year for members of the Association and other subscribers. In addition to the standard edition, a small number of deluxe copies are printed and specially bound into hard covers, presented in a slip case with a portfolio of examples of printed work from fine presses, typographers and printmakers. Christopher, as an active member of the FPBA, organises these deluxe copies for the European editions which appear each spring.

Christopher has also contributed a number of articles on typography and teaching to the journal along with his own contributions to the portfolios.
